QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
It is the objective of Padman Stops to ensure the sustainability of the business by achieving the highest level of Quality in the products and services supplied to our clients. In order to achieve this objective, the following criteria are of the highest importance.

To achieve these objectives, it is the policy of Padman Stops to establish and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS). This Policy is defined within the Padman Stops Quality Policy that may be found in the MS documentation defined within the Process Map.
To achieve this objective the Management of Padman Stops has developed a quality system based on the AS/NZS ISO 9001-2015, ISO14001, and ISO45001. Continuous improvement is one of the key elements in our QMS and ensures that the System maintains a high level of relevance to our changing business needs.
It is recognised that product and business quality is an integral part of conducting our business and essential to the sustainability of our reputation. Participation in the use and development of the QMS is mandatory at all levels of the organisation.
Padman Stops is committed to providing excellence in manufacturing to all of our customers and to enhance the future of the Agricultural sector through the production and delivery of precast concrete irrigation gates and irrigation automation for the surface/flood irrigation industry.
The quality and reliability of Padman Stops products are the responsibility of all employees. To this end, procedures covering all aspects of areas affecting quality are developed and followed. Provision has been established to ensure all quality problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Policies and procedures used are continually reviewed and updated to reflect industry requirements. A philosophy of continuous improvement is adopted by Padman Stops to ensure the quality system remains an evolving process.
The attainment of these objectives requires a strong and responsive Executive Team and a united commitment from all staff and contractors.
